A.G.Orangetek Terms & Conditions

The use of the A.G.Orangetek Wireless Internet Service constitutes acceptance of these service terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions and the User Guide form the entirety of the agreement between A.G.Orangetek and the customer.

Note: A.G.Orangetek Wireless Internet Service is a prepaid service and does not involve a contract. Customers must make payments in advance to maintain their connection.

1. Service Provision

1.1. The provision of the A.G.Orangetek Wireless Internet Service is subject to applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms specified by A.G.Orangetek, including any future amendments, except where these are modified by the present terms.

1.2. Payment for the A.G.Orangetek service must be made in advance or as specified in the applicable tariff plans. A.G.Orangetek will not issue any additional bills for prepaid services.

2. Fair Usage and Bandwidth

2.1. A.G.Orangetek does not impose data usage limits.

2.2. Bandwidth is distributed on a best-effort basis, ensuring equitable access for all customers during periods of high demand.

3. Equipment

3.1. Equipment provided by A.G.Orangetek is supplied at a cost to the customer. Ownership of the equipment is transferred to the customer upon full payment.

3.2. The equipment is generic and compatible with other providers. A.G.Orangetek does not lock equipment to its network.

4. Account and Service Validity

4.1. Customers are required to make a payment at least once every 6 months to maintain their connection.

4.2. If no payment is made within this period, the connection may be disabled to conserve resources. Customers can contact A.G.Orangetek to request reactivation of their service.

5. Data and Personal Information

5.1. Personal data provided by the customer during registration is stored securely on a remote server in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5.2. A.G.Orangetek is not responsible for the accuracy of personal data provided by the customer. If the data provided is incorrect, the customer may not be eligible for full customer service.

6. Loss or Theft

6.1. In the event of loss or theft of equipment or account credentials, customers must notify A.G.Orangetek immediately.

7. Service Support

7.1. Full customer support is available through A.G.Orangetek’s support center. Support includes assistance with account management issues and restoring connectivity.

8. Termination of Service

8.1. A.G.Orangetek reserves the right to terminate the service if the service is used unlawfully or the account remains inactive for more than 6 months, without payment or customer contact.

8.2. Customers can request reconnection at any time by contacting A.G.Orangetek. Reactivation is subject to the availability of resources.

9. Service Limitations

9.1. A.G.Orangetek will not be liable for changes in service availability due to technical issues or loss/theft of equipment.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. A.G.Orangetek reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or service plans at any time. Changes will be communicated through the company’s website or customer notifications.

10.2. Customers are encouraged to regularly review the terms on A.G.Orangetek’s website.
